Character Illustration for a story being created. Really enjoyed this illustation, especially after reading the char description, she sounded right up my alley. Overall I probably spent a good 15hrs or so on it, as I ended up changing the design and a little bit of the posing around throughout the painting.
CC welcomed as always.
Also for those interested in checking out parts of the story, I'll be updating this with a link to the site as soon as it's finished (currently under construction).
Magnaguards were the personal guard of General Grievous and the only ones to wield those spears that could ntbe cut by a lightsaber (that still was legend to first witness LOl everyone was like OMG something that can't be cut by a lightsaber ) n they were created for crievous by the confederecy (who has long been dead) so unless this woman has a connection to grievous...
Can I ask why the General Grievous bodyguards' capes are flowing in two directions? Unless the wind is directly behind them and their capes are held on two different shoulders, I wonder the realities of it happening like that. XD But overall, again, you astound me with every piece you create. LOVE it. Don't ever stop. ^^
Thanks man, appreicate it. I originally had both capes flowing towards the right but felt it hid to much of the droids bodyies, so I decided to just have them going in different directions even though it looks a bit incorrect.
Well, lets say there's something infront of them that they're looking at that's creating this wind. Since it's blowing towards them, and they're wearing their capes on either side, THAT could create the effect your seeing ^^.
I completely agree... save for the fact that the girls hair has two pieces coming in front of her shoulders. If the wind was strong enough to blow their heavy capes like that, then would her hair not also be blown back? At least straight back... plus there might be a bit of dust kicked up since their on what seems a deserty type of land-form. Not here to pick the picture apart. Just seeking a logical explanation. Best one I can give is, the artist ****** wanted to draw it like that, so he did. ^^ Works for me.
